Trouble signing in
If you cannot sign in, try the following steps.
Make sure the address linked to the account is written without spaces or mistakes.
Check the password
If you do not remember the password, use the “Reset your password” page.
If you use a Google account
Use the same Google account you used when creating the account or signing in before.
If the session expired while you were working
Sign in again, then return to the page you were working on.
If the password reset message did not arrive
Check the spam folder, and wait a little before requesting a new message.
If the problem continues, contact support and mention the error message you saw, without sending your password.
