A file that would not upload
A file may fail to upload because of its type, its size, or a temporary problem while sending.
PDF, DOC, DOCX and TXT.
Maximum size
10 MB.
If the content is in an image, a slide deck or an unsupported file, you can extract the text and enter it as text where that is appropriate.
If the file is long, it can be split into smaller parts and worked on separately.
If the problem continues after checking the type and size, try again after checking your connection, or contact support.
